Vedat GÜLER After completing his master's degree at Istanbul University Department of Marketing Research, he entered the automotive sector at Hyundai in 1992, took part in the establishment of Doğuş Otomotiv in 1994 as a founding core team member and as a result, he has signed successful works for 25 years. While continuing his current position, he graduated from Boğaziçi University School of Foreign Languages and successfully completed the Executive MBA program at Sabancı University in 2013.
As the head of the Dealer Management and Audit Department, which is responsible for all of the 14 brands (You can find detailed explanations at the bottom of the page) (VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Porsche, lamborghini, Bentley, Scania Trucks, Meıller, Krone,…) including the active and inactive ones affiliated to the Automotive Group and consists of 900 points. (Approximately 3800 dealer audits per year under TUV) , Sales, After Sales, CI, CAD, Business Management, Dealer Council etc. managed its strategies and processes. Created the operation that achieved successful business results and took an active and effective role. He also served since the establishment of the used car company DOD used car business.
After retiring, he continues his experience in many areas with the VG Future Development brand, which he founded for 30 years to support the automotive sector. During this period, he provided consultancy services to develop strategies and results regarding dealership, dealer transfer, sales and after-sales processes in the automotive field. He took part in the establishment of one of the country's important used car organizations, At the same time, he provided comprehensive automotive consultancy for the Azerbaijani government in 2022. In addition, he created a CI and sales system and strategy for another used car company in Turkey. ⁠Shortly afterwards, he supported the distributor of two major Chinese brands in Turkey, one of which he continues to support, for Sales and After-sales. On the other hand, he has been serving as the CEO of the Turkish Motor Vehicles Federation, which has 70,000 used car dealerships as members, in order to benefit the sector since 2021. He is married and has two children.
