After completing his master's degree at Istanbul University Department of Marketing Research, Vedat GÜLER entered the automotive sector at Hyundai in 1992, took part in the establishment of Doğuş Otomotiv in 1994 as a founding core team member and as a result, has been successful for 25 years. While continuing his current position, he graduated from Boğaziçi University School of Foreign Languages ​​and successfully completed the Executive MBA program at Sabancı University in 2013. He served as the head of the Dealer Management and Audit Department, which is responsible for all 14 active and inactive brands (You can find detailed explanations at the bottom of the page) (VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Porsche, Lamborghini, Bentley, Scania Trucks, Meiller, Krone, ...) affiliated with the Automotive Group and consists of 900 points (Approximately 3800 dealer audits per year within the scope of TUV). He was involved in the strategies and processes of Sales, After Sales, CI, CAD, Business Management, Dealer Council, etc. He played an active and effective role in creating operations that achieved successful business results. He also served from the establishment of the second-hand car sales company "DOD Second-Hand Cars". Since 2019, he has continued his experience in many areas with the VG Future Development brand he founded to support the automotive sector and since 2021, he continues to serve as the CEO of the Turkish Motor Vehicles Federation, which has 85,000 motor vehicle dealers as members. During this period, he has been involved in many business activities as VG Company as a leader in developing strategies and results regarding dealership, dealer transfer, sales and after-sales processes in the automotive field. These include the organization of one of the second-hand car organizations from its establishment, as well as the creation of a CI and sales system and strategy for another second-hand car company in Turkey. He also provided comprehensive automotive consultancy to the Azerbaijani government in 2022. He also supported the Turkish distributorship of two major Chinese brands for Sales and After-sales. In addition, it continues to provide intensive support to the brand that provides Turkey's largest after-sales "back-up" service, as it strengthens and develops.
